Butcher's Choice Dinner with Kristina Glinoga Cook-along Livestream or On-Demand [10/3/2020]

Get ready to make a delicious meal from one of the coolest female butchers you'll ever meet! Kristina Glinoga is passionate about whole animal butchery and local sustainable meat. She supports female-owned and sustainable farms with ethical practices when it comes to the treatment of animals. Kristina has an impressive history with excellent Seattle restaurants like Bateau, Matt's in the Market, Spinasse and more.

If you're wondering what's on the menu, you don't be disappointed! Your kit includes a homemade rabbit liver mousse with rocksalmic drizzle and crostini to get your appetite started! Kristina will lead a cook-along livestream to show you how to braise and sear pancetta, make a wild mushroom stuffing and how to perfectly roast a Delicata squash! Top that with a pan sauce and you'll have a restaurant worthy dish in the comfort of your own kitchen.

This experience will be live streamed on Saturday, October 3 at 5:00 PM PST.  If you cannot attend the livestream experience, the video will be available on-demand shortly after the event. The livestream is expected to be 1.5 to 2 hours in length.

Local Pickup available from our Ballard Commissary Kitchen (4332 Leary Way NW) between the hours of 10 AM and 1 PM on Friday, October 2! Must select this option at checkout.
