Chef Sabrina Tinsley is a true pasta making legend in Seattle. Sabrina and her husband Pietro opened la Spiga in 1998 in order to bring truly authentic northern Italian cuisine to Seattle diners. Chef Sabrina is extremely particular about her ingredients being of the highest quality, fresh and seasonal, and this is reflected in the dishes she creates.
What's on the menu? Chef Sabrina will show you how to make one of her signature dishes, Tortelli di Spinaci al Burro e Salvia - spinach and ricotta filled ravioli with butter and sage sauce.
