Especially when he has hand-selected a beautiful smothered pork chop recipe with cajun spice blackened broccoli & garlic mashed potatoes! Edouardo curated all the ingredients to make this special dish in your own home kitchen. 

Edouardo received a James Beard Award for Best Chef Northwest and Best New Restaurant for JuneBaby, along with Best New Restaurant in America for his other restaurant, Salare. Join Edouardo on an interactive livestream or on-demand where you cook-along through his recipe.

This experience will be live streamed on Saturday, September 26 at 5:00 PM PST.  If you cannot attend the livestream experience, the video will be available on-demand shortly after the event. The livestream is expected to be 1.5 to 2 hours in length.

Local Pickup available from our Ballard Commissary Kitchen (4332 Leary Way NW) between the hours of 10 AM and 1 PM on Friday, September 25! Must select this option at checkout.
